My husband and I have been working with Castle Alliance with our first investment property. We bought a property out of state and we truly believe that without Castle Alliance walking us through the steps of renovation and getting our property rented out it would be an entirely different experience. There are fears associated with a property far from home - you can't see the renovations, learn the neighborhood or watch the progress or property in any way.
